  • The Laxmi Group forayed into real estate business by making opportunistic investments in real estate projects
  • The group began its journey into real estate development by creating land bank and joint development of projects. Launched and handed over the Groups first real estate project Chamunda Jewels in Goregaon
  • Undertook real estate development under the brand “The Laxmi Group”. Delivered three projects Laxmi Heights, Laxmi Villa and Laxmi Enclave within committed time period.
  • Launched and executed Group’s marquee project Laxmi Callista at Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon.
